Temporary line suspension: Your solution when you spend long periods in Spain but your regular residence is abroad

What does the temporary line suspension service consist of?

- This service offers the maintenance of your home broadband + landline during the period you ask for, with a maximum of 6 months per natural year.

- During this suspension, you won’t pay your monthly plan fee. Instead, you will just pay a line maintenance fee of 6,05 €/month (VAT included).

- Orange will proceed to block your line for the period you requested, and you won’t be able to make or receive any calls or use your home broadband.

- The day you request your re-activation in the customer service number, your line will be automatically re-activated and you will be able to use it us as you did before.
